Sessions are conducted live 1-on-1 using Zoom and interactive digital whiteboards. Students work directly with Monica to review course theory, solve step-by-step calculations, and work through homework or exam problems in real time.
I cover high school chemistry curricula across all Canadian provinces and territories, including Ontario (SNC2D, SCH3U, SCH4U), British Columbia, Alberta (Diploma prep), Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec (Secondary V and CEGEP General Chemistry), Atlantic Canada, and Northern Canada.
Students need a computer or laptop, a stable high-speed Internet connection, a working camera and microphone, and the free Zoom app installed on their computer.
Individual sessions are priced at $45.00/hour. We also offer a discounted block of 4 sessions for $160.00 (a savings of $20.00). Payments can be made easily via Interac e-Transfer prior to sessions.
Yes! Specialized coaching is available for major Canadian chemistry competitions including the University of Waterloo's Avogadro Exam and Chem 13 News Exam, the Canadian Chemistry Contest (CCC), the British Columbia Chemistry Olympiad (BCCo), and the Canadian Chemistry Olympiad (CCO).
All tutoring sessions, instructional materials, and communication are provided exclusively in English.
