Welcome To The World of Chemistry!

For Grade 10 Science students and adults seeking further instruction in Chemistry.

The course is commonly known as Science SNC2D or Science 10, depending on where you are located. During our tutoring sessions, I emphasize on the topics that will help students improve their marks and prepare for further studies in Chemistry. The tutoring sessions focus only on the subject of Chemistry as it pertains to Grade 10 Science and includes various features that aid in developing critical skills such as problem-solving and vocabulary building.

In addition to Grade 10 chemistry homework help, test and exam preparation, students will appreciate our tutoring sessions, as they will receive a deeper understanding to the following topics, in which it will also improve their marks tremendously:

  • Introduction to Chemistry, and how chemistry is used in our everyday life cycle;
  • The Periodic Table;
  • The Atomic Structure;
  • Chemical Reations;
  • Differentiate between atoms, ions, and molecules;
  • Cassify substances as acids, bases, or salts, based on their characteristics, name, and formula;
  • Distinguish between organic and inorganic compounds;
  • Analyze chemical reactions, including reference to conservation of mass and rate of reaction;
  • Explain radioactivity using modern atomic theory;
  • Introduction to Grade 11 chemistry.
